Two Months

Joshua turned 2 months old on 3/30!

This little guy is getting so big SO quickly.

Time is racing by!

During this 2nd month, Joshua has been working really hard on becoming a super duper sleeper. Soon after 4-5 weeks, he started getting up once during the night instead of twice. Go baby bro! It was a big step in the right direction:) During the next few weeks (approaching the 2 mo. mark), he started showing big signs of letting go of his middle of the night bottle! What?! That's right! (The next post has very exciting news!!) He's done well with napping too. Joshua loves napping in his swing and his baby lounger. Little plug for Boppy - Boppy makes a great product that we didn't have when Caleb was a baby. The baby lounger. Excellent for baby! Just like the Boppy nursing pillow except the hole in the middle is filled in. He loves it and it keeps him positioned just right.

Eating has gone very well for baby boy too. I think he'd eat around the clock if I'd let him. The little tyke is always hungry! At 7-8 weeks, I stopped nursing for a small handful of reasons, and I'm so proud of how well he has done on formula. He's on a great 3 hr. schedule...6:30/9:30/12:30/3:15/6/8/11p. We're still hanging on to 1 middle of the night feeding, but not for much longer!:) Caleb was on this same schedule at this age-it has worked like a charm for both boys.

Smiling is becoming Joshua's favorite thing to do.
