Keeping up with C...

Being busy with a newborn and keeping up with a toddler is quite a JOB!

Even though I am exhausted, I am so glad to get to spend extra time with Caleb.

The last thing we want for him is to feel like he has taken a back seat to baby.

So it's a real treat for me to spend time with him doing things that he thinks are "so so so fun" (as he says!).

We have made several trips to the zoo lately.

Of ALL of the animals at the zoo...of all of the REAL animals at the zoo, this frog is his favorite!

He adores this frog.

He loved it until Chuck-E touched him on the arm and he screamed at the top of his lungs!

We were D-O-N-E! Home we went... On the way home, I heard "Mommy, did we get away from Chuck-E?" about 20 times. Poor baby HATED that oversized rodent!
