Jonathan actually had a birthday this year! We are so proud that our leap year baby is now 8! Ha ha! We celebrated at home with the boys since we have been in survival baby mode lately. According to Caleb, it's not a birthday party unless there are cupcakes. Sooo, strawberry cupcakes were in order! Thanks to sweet grandparents we were able to celebrate with a quiet dinner date over the weekend:) Mexican food + 2 hours of uninterrupted pleasant conversation + margaritas for 2 =

Caleb is showing Daddy his birthday card. Musical cards are Caleb's fave. I'm 100% sure that Caleb picked out this card because he wants to keep it - not to give it to Daddy for HIS day:) Oh, the sweet heart of a toddler!
