Well, I've been off of the blogging grid for long enough! It's good to be back, and I have a lot of catching up to do. We have been incredibly busy lately! And I do mean, crazy busy! God has carried us through, as He always does!

We enjoyed a fun-filled week in Destin a few weeks ago. Caleb's first vacation (pics coming in a future post) was a big success! Jonathan and I experienced our first family vacation - those of you who have taken kids on a trip know what I'm talking about! Whew, we were exhausted! It took me ONE FULL WEEK to recover:) The Telfords went with us, and we had a great time catching some rays and eating delicious seafood!

After vacay, I worked at VBS at our church, and WOW! It was a great week but very tiring! I hadn't worked in VBS in years, and I forgot just how much work is involved. I had the opportunity to work with a precious friend of mine (Samantha Chaney) and also met some new friends! Great week!

Once VBS was over, I was able to concentrate on getting Caleb's birthday party plans in order. I've felt the need to freeze time lately, because I really REALLY cannot believe that Caleb is TWO! We all get older, yes, but wow, my baby is TWO! How can this be?! And how can time fly by so fast?! Caleb's first year went by pretty fast, but his second flew by much faster! Birthday post coming soon!
