TGIF!

Caleb and I have been busy today gearing up for our day at the lake tomorrow to celebrate the 4th of July. This will be Caleb's 2nd day trip to the lake. Haven't taken the plunge yet and packed up the Jeep for the overnight camping trip that we love to do, but soon I'm sure. It will make it so much easier to do things outdoors once Caleb's walking. I just can't believe this time last year we were so anxiously awaiting Caleb's arrival...and now here we are a year later. Birthday party plans are in high gear!

C's 11 month post is coming soon - Bad mom, I know, but it's been a busy time getting ready for our trip, C's trip, plus his birthday. Wouldn't trade these days for anything - I love being busy doing things for our family.

I'll leave you with this picture I snapped yesterday. I had to take it super fast...one of those moments that you know is going to end any second. I walked into Caleb's rooom and he'd found his juice bottle sitting on his night stand. He's holding onto the table with both hands with his bottle propped on the night stand. What can I say? The boy was thirsty, so he helped himself and he found a way to drink and hold on for dear life at the same time! :) I just wish I could've taken the picture where you could see both of his hands, but oh well.

Thanks for being patient with the blog changing so much. I've been experimenting with some new stuff (new to me), and I think I've found something I like.
